75-Minute Customized Facial

Care for your main skin concerns: fine lines, uneven tone, dryness or redness

Everything in the 60-minute facial, plus extra time for deeper treatment. The extended session allows for a more thorough approach—including a comprehensive mask, an Ayurvedic head massage, and additional attention to areas of concern.

This is my most popular option—ideal for clients who want a more complete experience.

Ayurvedic Facial

Traditional Ayurvedic care for stress, tension, and tired skin

A classic Ayurvedic facial that uses herbal products only and warm oils selected for your body type (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). The treatment focuses on deep relaxation, supporting circulation, and calming the nervous system while nourishing the skin.

Clients leave feeling deeply relaxed, with skin that looks refreshed and naturally radiant.

We start with a conversation about your skin: what bothers you, what you’re using now, and how your skin changes with stress, the seasons and your daily routine. I look at your skin closely and explain what I see in plain terms, including your skin type in The Skin Dosha Method™.

Then comes a customized facial, with the cleanser, exfoliation, face massage, mask and products chosen for your skin type and the main concerns we talked about, whether that’s fine lines, uneven tone, dryness or redness.

You leave with calmer, more even-looking skin and a short list of home-care steps and products to start with.

During this session, I will help you:

• Understand your unique skin type and its current condition
• Identify possible root causes of imbalance
• Receive a customized facial tailored to your skin's immediate needs

Ayurvedic Facial & Shirodhara

Care for your skin and deep rest for the mind, in one visit

Your visit begins with Shirodhara, a classic Ayurvedic treatment: a slow, steady stream of warm herbal oil poured across the forehead. Most people find it one of the most deeply relaxing experiences they’ve had, and many drift into a calm, quiet state.

While you’re still relaxed, we move into a customized Ayurvedic facial. I choose the cleanser, exfoliation, mask and oils for your skin type and its main concerns, whether that’s fine lines, uneven tone, dryness or redness.

You leave with refreshed, glowing skin and a deep sense of rest. Please plan a quiet hour afterwards, and expect oil in your hair until your next wash.
